Pure Essential Oils for Emotional Balance and Mental Clarity

I’ve spent quite a bit of money on these cute little essential oil bottles. The problem is that now you can’t remember how to use it and the truth is that this disease scares you a little bit. All you can remember is that it is very concentrated and you have to use it wisely. so… What now?

cheer up! Adding health to your life with Essential Oils india is easier than you think. Read on to find out the answer. The most common comment you’ll hear is that you bought some essential oils years ago but haven’t opened them and don’t know if they’re still good or what to do with them. My answer is always the same.

First, email us a list of your oils and who made them (or look them up online). This will help you find the manufacturer and tell you if the oil is therapeutic or cut. (You can read your label. If you have a magnifying glass, and nothing is listed besides the name of the essential oil, you’re clipped. If the bottle doesn’t have key words like treat or EOBBD tested, you’re clipped. 100% Pure or Aromatherapy doesn’t really mean much – according to the aromatherapy or fragrance rules, it can be labeled as 100% pure and has less than 20% essential oils, and if you don’t say wild, it can contain processed or organic, synthetics, and you’ll never know. No. Some say natural or organic, but contain synthetics where the EOBBD test works.)
Email us your list and we can tell you what this or that blend is good for. If you only have singles, you can find out how to use singles in the Library section of our website. Or email me anyway. I love helping newbies. Be forewarned. Once the oil is cut I would say it is good for cleaning and not much else. But it will do wonders for stinking drains!
If the oil is old, it may still be good. If the oil is several years old and smells, it has been cut. In other words, what you used to cut your essential oils has gone rancid. Therapeutic grade 100% pure essential oils have been found in thousands of years old tombs and the essential oils are still excellent. Note: This does not apply to citrus essential oils. Even the highest quality citrus oil has a shelf life of 2 to 5 years depending on storage conditions.

Alright, now we’ve got you going with the still good oil you’ve already bought. Or you’re pouring oil down a drain or using it to freshen a garbage disposal and now you’re looking to buy some really good oil. For starters, let’s move on to the most commonly used essential oils. Below I will try to narrow the field down to essential oils to start learning about. These aren’t necessarily our top selling essential oils, but they are the easiest to learn and the most forgiving. For example, you won’t get caught without oregano essential oil, but it’s a very strong essential oil and should be used diluted, so it’s not usually something to start someone off with. The first two essential oils I recommend to everyone are lemon and peppermint. You can start cleansing your liver with these two essential oils (1 drop of lemon essential oil, 1 drop of peppermint essential oil, and 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice when you wake up each morning). .See my website for more information. In addition to liver cleansing, you can also use the following essential oils: Peppermint:

Soothes stomach pain or relieves nausea. Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to a little carrier oil and rub your belly in a clockwise direction.
Stop headaches. Again, you will need some carrier oil. Add a drop or two of peppermint to your carrier oil, then apply it to your temples along the back of your neck (avoid your eyes!) and inhale through your cupped hand. This stops most headaches and also clears the sinuses.
Did you overwork at the gym or just work from home? Add peppermint to a bit of carrier oil and rub on sore muscles.
Are rats getting into your pantry? An ant invasion? Squirt some peppermint on it or apply it on a cotton ball and place it in a rat-infested corner. You wouldn’t want to diverge for a long time. Pretty strong. Clean the ant trail with a little peppermint-infused water and it won’t come back that way.
